Welcome to Mayz Care Day Care
Personal Philosophy
At Mayz Care Day Care I believe that all children should feel safe, secure and supported and should ensure that all children are provided with a warm and loving environment where they can learn through play. I also believe that every child and their families are unique individuals and that all their beliefs and values should be respected. I will work towards building a secure relationship with the children and families to try and help them in the best way possible. I believe in creating an educational program through play with age appropriate activities were children can learning and develop based on their individual needs. I aim to provide the children with a voice and allow them to give an input in their learning based on their interests and experiences they initiate. I believe in promoting children in aspects of the natural environment and guiding them to develop love and respect and to build an understanding of sustainability.
A little bit about me!
I moved to Australia in 2000 with my family when I was 5 years of age. I attended school from year 1 to year 11 within Perth Western Australia. I did work experience in year 11 at a childcare centre were I found my passion in working with children, after I finished year 11 I went to Tafe and did certificate 3 and 4 in Community Service Work and then went to university to do a Bachelor of Business majoring in Tourism and Hospitality and Hotel Management. After a while of being in university I knew I wasn’t happy and was destined to do something else so I left university and wanted to continue my passion in working with children and in 2015 I started working at G8 Education childcare centres for 4 years and in 2019 have open my own at home family day care.
